Trained staff and support professionals
First and foremost, we plan to hire individuals who have the necessary skill set, education, and experience needed to cater to our students’ special needs and demands. We also plan to regularly collaborate with Behavioural, speech, and occupational therapists to ensure our staff is up to date and well informed on the ever-changing needs of today’s children.
Regular assessments and monitoring
We are dedicated to ensuring the growth and development of our children, which is why we will be conducting assessments on their holistic development, and adjusting our learning environment accordingly.
Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
For our children with special needs, we will be creating individualized and personalized lesson plans for our children, detailing our learning goals, intentions, and requirements for each student.
Collaborations with the community
We will be regularly collaborating and working with organizations, support groups, and professionals that have specialized in working with children with special needs to ensure a conducive environment for learning
